Abstract Submission Instructions

The Sixth International Symposium on Ovarian Cancer and Gynecologic Malignancies is accepting abstracts for consideration for poster presentations.

Deadline for submission is February 4, 2009.

Abstracts must be e-mailed as a Word document to info@cancerlearning.com. Please use Abstract Submission for 2009 Ovarian Symposium” as the subject line of your e-mail.

$100 Discounted Registration Fee for Approved Poster Submission

  • Submissions are accepted via e-mail only.
  • Underline the name of the presenter of the paper, and spell out the complete name of each author.
  • List the city, state, country, and institution of origin.
  • Be sure to include in your e-mail up-to-date contact information.

One week after the close of submissions, you will receive notification of the acceptance or nonacceptance of the abstract.

Upon acceptance, you will be provided with specific information regarding the preparation of the abstract as a poster, dates and times of the poster session, and instructions for travel and hotel accommodations. All costs associated with travel and accommodations are the responsibility of the poster presenter. Accepted abstracts will be published in the program material and might be selected for publication in the Cancer Information Group journal Clinical Ovarian Cancer.
