Transportation from Kahului Airport

Taxis are available just outside the baggage claim area. Fare to the Grand Wailea is approximately $60 US each way plus applicable tolls or fees.

Airport Shuttle

Shared-ride transportation is available to and from the airport through Speedi Shuttle. Rates start at approximately $40 US for one passenger and up to $53 US for five passengers. For larger groups, up to 12 passengers, exclusive shuttles are available for approximately $135-$145 US. Rates are subject to change. Please confirm when making reservations. These are European plan rates (no meals included except those included with the conference). There is a $25.00 per person/per night charge for more than 2 persons in any room, with a maximum of 4 persons per room. In the Napua Tower, there is a $75.00 per person/per night charge for additional adults (with a maximum of 3 adults per room) and a $25.00 charge per person/per night for additional children, age 13-17 years. Room rates are subject to state and local sales tax and are valid from July 19, 2009, through July 28, 2009, based on availability.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made directly with the hotel and are on an as-available basis; the hotel may apply a half-day rate depending on your requested arrival/departure time.

We recommend that you make your reservations early to get the best seat options and lowest airfare available. Kahului Airport (OGG) is the primary gateway to the Maui area and is approximately 20 miles from the hotel.
