Identify yourself as attending the “Winter Oncology Congress” in order to qualify for the group rate. Your reservation must be guaranteed with a nonrefundable advance payment. We recommend making your reservations by Friday, February 4, 2010, in order to ensure availability at the group rate. No-shows, cancellations, or early departures from February 4, 2010, on will be charged the full night’s room rate plus tax. Please inquire with the hotel for full details.

The gateway to Whistler is Vancouver, BC (YVR). Airline tickets can be arranged by calling TraveLink American Express Travel Service at (888) 225-8205. Identify yourself as attending the “Winter Oncology Congress.” We suggest that you make your reservations early to get the best seat options and lowest airfare available.
Transportation to Château Whistler
“Whistler Express” shuttle: To make a reservation and check departure schedules, please call (800) 661-1725 (toll-free), or go to pacificcoach.com, and complete the Online Reservation form. Reservations must be made prior to your arrival in Vancouver. Reservations prepaid using VISA, MasterCard, or American Express are required no later than 24 hours in advance! Travel time to the Château Whistler is approximately 3 hours depending on road conditions.
Adult 1-way fare is $57.00 (CAD) and child (5-12 years) 1-way fare is $45.00 (CAD). All fares will be assessed an additional 6% GST (General Sales Tax).
