Identify yourself as attending the “Winter Oncology Congress” in order to qualify for the group rate. We recommend that you make your reservations by Tuesday, January 6, 2009, in order to ensure the group rate. Please inquire with the hotel for full details.

Fairmont Room: $369.00 (CAD) plus tax
All prices are based on single/double occupancy. Room types are subject to availability at the time of booking. Please note the following regarding hotel accommodations at the Fairmont Château Whistler:
- All individual reservations must be guaranteed with a nonrefundable advanced payment.
- If you cancel 14 days after booking, you will be charged 1 night’s room rate plus tax.
- If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival, you will be charged for a maximum of 2 nights’ stay plus tax.
- From February 6, any no-shows, cancellations, or early departures will forfeit a charge equal to the room rate plus tax.

Pacific Coach’s YVR-Whistler SkyLynx is a direct transportation service between Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and Whistler Village. Reservations must be made prior to your arrival in Vancouver. Reservations prepaid using VISA, MasterCard, or American Express are required no later than 24 hours in advance! Travel time to the Château Whistler is approximately 3 hours depending on road conditions.
Adult 1-way fare is $49.00 (CAD) and child (5-12 years) 1-way fare is $25.00 (CAD). All fares will be assessed an additional 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax) plus a per-person surcharge.
