Whistler
March 17-21, 2010

Conference Overview

The 14th Annual International Congress on Hematologic Malignancies: Focus on Leukemias, Lymphomas, and Myelomas provides a unique opportunity for physicians to learn from and to interact with international leaders in the field of hematologic malignancies in order to increase knowledge, apply new data to practice, and ultimately improve patient outcomes. This international CME-designated congress offers physicians the opportunity to learn about the latest developments in the treatment of hematologic malignancies, including findings presented at recent major oncology conferences, updates on the landscape for new drug indications and new agents, and ongoing clinical trials expected to impact practice in the near future. The instructional format of the congress is varied and includes didactic lectures, panel discussions, debates, and case-based presentations in order to accommodate the different learning styles of the participants. The congress is highly interactive, providing multiple opportunities for faculty-participant interaction. The multiple instructional formats used will enhance the learning experience and foster the integration of evidence-based patient care into everyday community practice.

This educational program is directed toward medical oncologists and hematologists interested in the treatment of patients with hematologic malignancies.
