Physicians: Physicians’ Education Resource is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Physicians’ Education Resource designates this educational activity for a maximum of 23.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (up to 17.25  for the main conference, 5 for the Minisymposium, and 1 for the Poster Viewing session). Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Physician Assistants: AAPA accepts category 1 credit from AOACCME, Prescribed credit from AAFP, and AMA category 1 CME credit for the PRA from organizations accredited by the ACCME.

A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed on refunds requested prior to February 3, 2010, and a 50% fee on refunds requested on February 3, 2010, through February 17, 2010. No refunds will be made after February 17, 2010. There is no charge for substitution.

Confirmation of registration/acknowledgement of payment will be sent to each participant upon receipt of payment. No person is fully registered and no confirmation will be sent before payment is received.

Physician 3-day main conference registration fee includes:
Tuition, syllabus, main conference, breakfasts, entry to Exhibit Hall, Reception and Poster Viewing session on Wednesday evening, “Get Acquainted” Reception on Thursday evening, Gala Reception on Friday evening, optional Hands-On Workshops, and invitation to satellite programs. The Wednesday afternoon Minisymposium requires an additional registration fee.

Resident, Fellow, RN, PA, and Other 3-day registration fee includes:
