Attendance is limited, and applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications should be accompanied by full payment made payable to Physicians’ Education Resource.
Tuition for the School of Breast Oncology includes:
- Single accommodations for 3 nights at the Emory University Conference Center
- All on-site meals and refreshment breaks during the school (breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day, beginning with lunch on Thursday, November 5, and ending with breakfast on Sunday, November 8)
- Access to the on-site testing center and online testing
- Conference syllabus
Regular/On-site Registration $1595.00 (excludes Industry):
- Full balance due at time of registration
- Cancellation deadline for full refund: October 2, 2009. Cancellations must be received in writing by midnight on this date to receive a 100% refund of any dues paid up to that date.
- Cancellation deadline for 50% refund: October 21, 2009. Cancellations must be received in writing by midnight on this date to receive a 50% refund of any dues paid up to that date

Fellows:
- $1195.00: This rate requires that you share a guest room with another fellow and attend each session during SOBO.
- $1295.00: This rate entitles you to a private guest room during SOBO and requires that you attend each session during SOBO.
Fellows Requirements:
- Letter from your program director stating that you are a fellow in good standing and including the estimated completion date of your fellowship
- Applications must be received and all requirements met by October 2, 2009
- No refunds after October 2, 2009
