A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed on refunds requested prior to May 15, 2009, and a 50% fee on refunds requested on May 15, 2009, through June 3, 2009. No refunds will be made after June 3, 2009. There is no charge for substitution.
In advance of your participation in this meeting, please note there is an important change in how syllabus and slide materials will be made available.
As part of the growing “green initiative” no paper syllabus containing slide sets will be available at this event. All slides will be available electronically prior to the meeting and registrants will receive an active link with instructions on how to access the syllabus for download and printing. It is also suggested that participants attend this event with their laptop, if possible.
