Registration fees include continental breakfast, lunch, and syllabus materials.
A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed on refunds requested prior to February 13, 2009, and a 50% fee on refunds requested on February 13, 2009, through February 28, 2009. No refunds will be made after February 28, 2009. There is no charge for substitution.
