A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed on refunds requested prior to September, 8, 2010, and a 50% fee on refunds requested on September 8, 2010, through September 22, 2010. No refunds will be made after September 22, 2010. There is no charge for substitution.

All slides will be available electronically prior to the meeting, and registrants will receive an active link with instructions on how to access the syllabus from our Web site for downloading and/or printing. It is suggested that you attend this event with your laptop, if possible. Power will be available on-site for your laptop, although Internet access will not be provided.
