This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.

Physician Assistants: AAPA accepts category 1 credit from AOACCME, Prescribed credit from AAFP, and AMA category 1 CME credit for the PRA from organizations accredited by the ACCME.

A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed on refunds requested prior to February 9, 2011, and a 50% fee on refunds requested on February 9, 2011, through February 16, 2011. No refunds will be made after February 16, 2011. There is no charge for substitution.
