A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed on refunds requested before December 19, 2008, and a 50% fee on requests made between December 19, 2008, and January 9, 2009. No refunds will be made after January 9, 2009. There is no charge for substitution.
Persons who register within 2 weeks of the meeting might not receive conference materials.
