* Industry is defined by PER as any person employed by a for-profit organization, including biotech, financial, and pharmaceutical.

** Guests must be over 18 years of age. Guest registration is for social events only, and persons registered as guests may not earn CME credits.

A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed on refunds requested prior to January 21, 2009, and a 50% fee on refunds requested on January 21, 2009, through February 7, 2009. No refunds will be made after February 7, 2009. There is no charge for substitutions.

Confirmation of registration/acknowledgement of payment will be sent to each participant upon receipt of payment. No person is fully registered and no confirmation will be sent before payment is received.

Tuition, syllabus, and Poster Reception.

Physician 3-day main conference registration fee includes:
Tuition, syllabus, main conference, breakfasts, entry to Exhibit Hall, poster sessions, “Get Acquainted” Reception on Thursday evening, Gala Reception on Friday evening, optional Hands-On Workshops, and invitation to satellite programs. The Wednesday afternoon Minisymposium requires an additional registration fee.

Resident, Fellow, and RN 3-day registration fee includes:
Tuition, syllabus, main conference, breakfasts, entry to Exhibit Hall, poster sessions, “Get Acquainted” Reception on Thursday evening, Gala Reception on Friday evening, optional Hands-On Workshops, and invitation to satellite programs. The Wednesday afternoon Minisymposium requires an additional registration fee. Physicians are NOT eligible for this category.

Guest registration fee includes (social events only):
Poster Reception, “Get Acquainted” Reception on Thursday evening, and Gala Reception on Friday evening.

    Workshops will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2009, and Friday, March 6, 2009, and include lunch. Registration is limited and is only available to attendees of the Miami Breast Cancer Conference.
  • CME-Designated Satellite Symposia (included in registration fee; you must register to attend)
    Satellite symposia will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2009 (breakfast and lunch), and Friday, March 6, 2009 (lunch).
