Physicians' Education Resource (PER) is a continuing medical education company specializing in oncology and hematology. Since 1996, PER has coordinated and implemented superior educational opportunities that enable health care professionals to remain current and responsive to advances in medical care for cancer patients, from diagnosis through treatment.
PER is accredited to provide continuing education to physicians, nurses, and pharmacists through the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), Texas Nurses Association (TNA), and Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE). PER is compliant with other regulatory bodies, including the American Medical Association (AMA), Office of Inspector General (OIG), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers (PhRMA). Our programs, which are developed in conjunction with over 1000 oncology thought leaders, universities, and health care associations worldwide, are accessed by the majority of all US oncology practitioners and are growing rapidly in Europe and Asia.
From international congresses to local community-based meetings as well as print and online case studies, major meeting highlights, literature reviews, and other publications, our interactive programs keep health care professionals up-to-date on the most recent developments in cancer care with the ultimate goal to improve patient outcomes.
PER is an independent corporation within Medical Media Holdings (MMH), a holding company that provides general support services for a family of subsidiaries, each of which is separately incorporated and independently operated. Sister subsidiaries that also produce independent educational activities only include CURE Media Group and Cancer Information Group.
CURE Media Group (CMG): Through its unique and award-winning products, CURE Media Group has become the source of information and inspiration for those on the cancer journey. CURE Media Group's flagship product, CURE magazine, is the indispensable guide for every stage of the cancer experience for cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, and oncology health care professionals.
